Account Manager - US GIS
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can take a role nurturing our excellent existing client relationships, creating new ones, and helping develop account plans and strategies as part of the Ubisense Consulting spatial solutions business. The overarching aim of the role is customer retention through pro-active engagement, and this person will service in both a consulting delivery role and sales role when working with customers. Additional objectives are to develop strong reference clients, provide open opportunities for client feedback and to expand relationships up the client organizations on the IT and business sides.
This position is for a territory based in the US, location is flexible.
Skills & Experience (Required):
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- 4+yrs vendor/client relationship experience
- 2+yrs Account/Project Management or Direct Sales experience
- Willingness to travel – typically 50%
Skills & Experience (Desired):
- 2+yrs professional services industry experience
- 2+yrs Utility GIS industry experience

PMO Leader - US GIS - Full-time
This job involves the development and leadership of a strategically-oriented Project Management Office that is consistent with the strategy of the organization, including the planning and execution of technology and services delivery projects within the Ubisense GIS business. The PMO Leader is the administrative lead on all issues related to the management and execution of customer projects, consistent with the contracts, scope, schedules, and budget constraints.
Skills & Experience (Required):
- 3+yrs Project Management experience
- 5+yrs vendor/client relationship experience
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Willingness to travel – typically 25-30%
Skills & Experience (Desired):
- PMI Certification
- 5+yrs GIS or Utility industry experience
- Smallworld product experience

Senior Consultant - US GIS - Full-time
This job involves the design, development, customization, and integration of Smallworld GIS or Oracle Spatial applications in the utilities industry. Applicants will be experienced working in a customer facing role, and will be highly motivated self-starters comfortable working with a large degree of independence as well as within project teams.
Skills & Experience (Required):
- 5+yrs GIS software development experience
- Smallworld GIS or Oracle Spatial product experience
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Willingness to travel – typically 10-20%
